It's an obvious fact that HR as we know it is undergoing a seismic change. You can either sit back, close your eyes and hope it goes away, or you can prepare yourself for the change and remain relevant to your organization.

The path to success with HR digital transformation is complex and not straightforward. Digital technology has the potential to transform the role of HR as we know it. 

The HR practitioner, in particular, has excellent insights into current and future business priorities, and can thus advise the company on the employee issues that are affecting the transformation. This needs to include quantitative goals for HR in order to keep the company competitive, but also advocacy for less quantifiable employee development. 

In this one-day class we dive into the principles and basics of HR digital transformation from an HR point-of-view: the 'what', the 'why' and the 'how'. Learn how you as an HR practitioner can play a more proactive role in the transformation of HR processes in order to create a stronger company.

One or two full training days (one day will work as basic into into the subject, while two days will allow for in-depth hands-on sessions).
